Our private lounge space is now accepting reservations for Graduation Weekend! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the privacy of The Lounge with designated chefs and waitstaff alongside a custom menu that reflects Lodgepole’s core values of from-scratch cooking with seasonal, top quality ingredients.

After securing your reservation date and time, you’ll browse and submit a custom Family Style menu with up to 4 courses: appetizers, salad, entree, and dessert. Family Style dining has become the crowd favorite for groups of all sizes, with dishes set as a shareable spread across your table.

Lounge Policies for Graduation 2025

• Lounge reservations for Graduation are allocated a 2.5 hour window (4:30-7pm and 7:30-10pm). This allows us to prepare for the next family’s reservation. 

• To secure your date, we require a deposit of $500. 100% of these funds go directly to your tab the evening of your event.

• Cancellations made up to 30 days in advance receive 50% back of initial deposit. Cancellatons with less than 30 days notice forfeit full deposit. 

• Lounge events for Graduation have a minimum of $1,250 (food and beverage purchases). 

• Final guest count is required no later than 7 days prior to your event. 

• Please note, we are a Gratuity-Free restaurant, so there is not tip or service fee added to your tab.
